This is at the end of the trail at Anderson landing, a beautiful view of the hood canal in Washington state. This beach is all oysters and gross mud that didnt smell to good. The beach (if you could call it that) was so hard to walk on and our shoes were destroyed by the mud we sank in up to our ank... Read More »

The Cascade Land Conservancy, the Peninsula Land Conservancy, the Theler Center, the Pacific Northwest Salmon Center, and many other groups have come together to put all of these lands under public ownership and preservation....
